MINIMUM PERIOD OF STAY
The minimum period of stay is seven nights during the winter season.

PRICES
The offered prices are inclusive of hot water, electricity, heating for domestic consumption, WI-FI, private outdoor parking and storage for Bike&Ski.

BOOKING
We would like to inform you that all communications relating to your stay (reservations, confirmations, cancellations, changes, etc.) must be made in writing and by e-mail only, other forms of communication will not be considered valid. On our website, you will always find the best rates and conditions on the web.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Check-out by 10.00 a.m.
In case of arrival after 8.00 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate. If you need a change of linen, this is possible on request.
The owner reserves the right to enter the accommodation if extraordinary maintenance works are necessary.

RULES
We ask you to respect the silence at night from 22.00 to 07.00.
There is an absolute ban on smoking in the entire building (each balcony has an ashtray).
Only registered guests are allowed to enter in apartments.
Bicycles and sports equipment must be deposited in the room provided.

CANCELLATION TERMS
A deposit is always requested at the time of booking as a guarantee.
In case of cancellation, the policies you chose at the time of booking will be applied, which can be found in the confirmation email.
If a voucher is to be issued, the validity of the voucher will be indicated at the moment of issue.

COVID-19
Book your next holiday in safety, we guarantee free cancellation in case of Covid-19:
- Flight cancellation non-European countries
- Lockdown in origin's country
- National and regional lockdown
- Italy does not accept people from your country of origin
- The guest has tested positive for the virus and is in quarantine

DEPOSIT
As a security deposit, the client will be asked for the amount of € 200.00 only and exclusively by pre-authorisation by credit card.
The amount will be fully refunded if there are no reasons to keep it (unclean flat, damages, rubbish).

RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CUSTOMER
The client is required to respect the rules during their stay.
We ask you to leave the flat in good condition and to deposit your rubbish in the rubbish bins near the property.
